By accessing or using the Ridgeline Advisory website (ridgelineadvisory.co) or engaging with Ridgeline Advisory LLC for advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.
These Terms govern your use of this website and any consulting, advisory, assessment, coaching, or speaking services provided by Ridgeline Advisory LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Ridgeline Advisory," "we," "us," or "our").
Ridgeline Advisory provides strategic leadership and management advisory services. Our work includes, but is not limited to, organizational assessments, diagnostic interviews, leadership coaching, management consulting, facilitated sessions, scored assessments, and written deliverables and reports.
Our advisory work is by nature analytical, interpretive, and judgment-based. While we apply structured methodologies, objective benchmarks, and factual data resources wherever available, our assessments and recommendations also reflect professional judgment developed through the information gathered during client engagements.
The quality and accuracy of our work product is materially dependent on the quality and accuracy of information provided by the client. Ridgeline Advisory's assessments, scores, and recommendations are based on information shared through interviews, questionnaires, documents, and direct interactions with client leadership and personnel. We cannot warrant outcomes or the accuracy of findings where client-provided information is incomplete, withheld, inaccurate, or where key stakeholders are not made available for the engagement process.
Strategic advisory work involves professional judgment. Results will vary based on the nature of the organization, the complexity of the situation, the quality of engagement and collaboration, and factors outside the control of either party. Ridgeline Advisory does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Clients engaging Ridgeline Advisory agree to:
